The Niagara Model Train Show: Sunday, October 26th, 2014
The Niagara Model Railway Show is an annual favourite. The show features model railway vendors, layouts, and museums. I enjoy the show because there are lots of small vendors with a variety of railway related items to enjoy. I also seem to bump into many of my old “railway” friends that I seem to see only at these shows and enjoy catching up with them.
The show will be happening this Sunday, October 26th, 2014 at a new location, the Merritton Community Centre at 7 Park Avenue in St. Catharines, Ontario. The show runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There is lots of parking, and food and drink will be available.
The show is a fund raiser for the Niagara Railway Museum located in Fort Erie, Ontario. For more information about the Museum and the show, check out their website by clicking here.
Admission is a modest $5.00 and children under 12 are free.
