The Toronto Railway Historical Association has been working for over 20 years to develop the Toronto Railway Museum. A core group of people were instrumental in this effort. Unfortunately three of them have passed away in the past few years. At the opening of the Museum 11 years ago, these three leaders helped cut the ribbon as shown below. They are shown from left to right:
- Don Loucks, Metropolitan Design Ltd.
- The late Glenn Garwood, City of Toronto
- Mayor David Miller, City of Toronto
- The late Orin Krivel, TRHA
- The late Derek Boles, TRHA
