TRHA hosts a barbeque for our volunteers

On July 21st after a busy day of running the museum, the Toronto Railway Historical Association hosted a Barbeque for the volunteers who do so much to make the museum happen. We gorged on hotdogs, hamburgers, salads and great desserts.
A special treat was the importation of 48 cobs of fresh corn from the Niagara region just in time for the BBQ. We fortunately had access to a very nice propane fired cooking system to boil the corn. I personally enjoyed the BBQ as I got to meet a few new volunteers for the first time.
As seen in the pictures below, a couple of our volunteers came in costume having just come from a Doctor Who Society of Canada event.
